“With my classical training background, I marvel at a performance by a talented musician and I feel that same way when I see you diagnose a mysterious organ problem by playing only a few notes on different stops.  I always wondered, “How does he do that?”  Then you go directly to the problem and take care of it. I wish my medical doctors’ diagnoses and treatments were as effective as yours are!  Many thanks!”

“To say that P.J. Swartz Inc. was “instrumental” in the restoration of our church’s 1928 Reuter Pipe Organ is not just a “play” on words.  Our successfully completed project included a new organ console, existing stops and pipes that were refurbished, additional stops, pipes/ranks, a new electrical system, and overall improvements that continue to enhance the tonal quality of this wonderful instrument today.”

“Mr. Swartz is a knowledgeable and skilled technician.   He has the expertise to analyze problems and provide proven solutions based on years of experience in the industry.  Our needs are his priority and his recommendations are specific to those needs, while being both reasonable and financially feasible.

Since the initial organ project was completed 20 years ago, we continue to work with P.J. Swartz Inc. on an annual basis for ongoing service and special project work.  Our experience never changes.  We can always count on excellent service, and a thorough approach to every job that is done.”

“I joined the staff at First Presbyterian Church four years after the installation of the P. J. Swartz organ. The organ is well designed and features a full ensemble resulting from new pipework and pipework from the previous Wangerin instrument. Phil and Nick have provided exemplary maintenance service to our instrument. They demonstrate genuine care and respect not only for the organ but also for the church facilities and staff. I am pleased with the instrument and the service they provide and look forward to working with them for many years.”
